| Abstract: | Management of village and town planning is the weak part of planning and the theory and practice is concerned insufficiently. But planning is the important part of urban - rural composition in China. Impact of the urban - rural composition upon management of village and town planning is researched, the internal and external motivity to the urban - rural composition is analyzed, the problems and the suggestions of management of village and town planning are indicated. |
