| 摘 要： | 公益创业是公益事业运行机制转变的结果.20世纪70年代,随着政府角色的转变、非营利组织的转型和企业社会责任的兴起,公益创业在全球大量出现.在我国社会管理体制创新背景下,高校开展公益创业教育对培养大学生的社会责任感、推动大学生创新精神的养成、拓展大学生的创业就业领域和培养公益事业的后备力量等方面发挥重要作用.
