普通高校体育教学模式的改革与实践

运用文献资料、调查、统计、实验、对比等方法，探讨普通高校本科体育教学的模式，对传统体育教学进行改革。我们通过明确人才培养目标，改革教学形式、方法，调整教学内容，指导学生选项，加强师资队伍建设等一系列措施发现经过这几年的教改与实践，基本实现了即定的教学目标，取得了良好的教学效果。

Reform and Practice of the Physical Education Model in University

By using the method of documentary, investigation, statistic, comparison and experiment, the author probes into the model of physical education in order to reform the traditional teaching method. Our program includes a series of components, that is, make clear talent training target, reform teaching form, method, adjust teaching content, direct pupil select clause, strengthen teacher procession building. Through the several year experiments, we can find we have achieved the best result.
