| Abstract: | The technique of chromatography is studied to bring forth the underlying concepts such as adsorption, partition, polarity/
non-polarity of a compound. The materials required are very simple such as chalk, starch, ink, etc. Once the concepts are
understood, the technique can be easily extrapolated to analyze complex biological samples as well. |
