| 摘 要： | 在新形式下，研究生思想教育工作和日常管理也带来了许多新情况、新问题。导师在研究生思想教育中具有重要地位及作用，导师是研究生思想教育有力的“实施者”，导师可以把研究生的思想教育渗透到专业教育中，提高思想教育的实效性，导师可以通过灵活多样内容和形式，促进研究生思想教育生动活泼的开展。在新形势下，要努力加强导师队伍的师德建设，建立健全导师德育机制，并通过各种现代技术手段对研究生进行思想教育工作。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation of practice teaching situation and teaching results of agriculture and forestry specialty students, it is found out that the majority of students take positive attitudes to the practice teaching reform, however, it is not all satisfactory. Suggestions are made in this article to further deepen the practice teaching reform. |
