The Case for Acquiring and Accessing Electronic Journals in Libraries

This paper provides arguments why libraries should make available both free and fee-based electronic serials and why it is imperative that they move quickly. It features discussions of the costs of acquiring and storing materials, customer services, and the future of libraries.
