摘    要:课程资源的开发能够促进教师教育认识水平的提升、专业能力和技能的发展、知识结构的优化、合作意识的增强和教学方式的转变,成为教师专业成长的重要推动力,为教师专业成长找到了新的途径。教师的专业成长有利于提高教师开发课程资源的理性水平,拓展课程资源的领域,实现课程资源开发方式的多样化和优化课程资源结构。

Abstract:The exploitation of curriculum resources can not only improv e teachers' understanding of education, develop teachers' specialized abilities an d skills, optimize the knowledge structure, enhance the cooperative consciousne ss and change the learning styles, but also has become the important driving mot ive for and found an effective way for teachers' professional development. The teachers' professional development can help to the raise the teachers' reason i n exploiting the curriculum resources, to realize the diversification of curricu lum resources exploitation methods, to enlarge the range of curriculum resources and to better the structure of curriculum resources.
