| 摘 要： | 上市公司引进国际战略者本质上也是一种投资行为,同样需要象固定资产投资一样作后评价,以防范战略投资者的机会主义行为,减少潜伏的风险,促进预期目标的实现。构建了一个模糊综合后评价模型,并进行了应用实例研究。
