Probe into Effects on Economy & Society by Prior Development of Pedagogic Education in Japan

Since Japan set up normal education in 1872, every Japanese government attaches great importance to and gives priority to the development of normal education. The normal education has exerted a significant influence on the popularization of general education, the enhancement of people's quality and international competition of labor force, the acceleration of its modernization and the realization of global strategy for the 21st century in Japan. The historical experience that Japan lays stress on normal education in process of modernization provides a quite useful revelation for the development and reform of the 21st century in China.
