| Abstract: | The article first presents that bringing about the overall development of the people is an inevitability of the social development, facilitating the overall development of the people is an important goal of the socialism modernization construction. Then the author discusses the basic conditions to accelerate the overall development of the people. Finally the paper points out that the overall development of the people and the facilitation of the socialism construction are complementary to each other, and this idea is a new contribution to Marxism. |
