| 摘 要： | 省级电网企业要求下级电网企业(地市公司)对辖区内的网供负荷进行预测。下级单位的负荷预测含有该区域内较多的信息,充分利用下级单位的负荷预测结果,可以提高短期负荷的预测精度。针对在利用下级单位负荷预测结果时统计口径不一致的问题,提出了利用下级单位负荷预测结果提高省级电网负荷预测精度的具体方法。算例表明,提出的方法是有效可行的。

| Abstract: | The load predicting of inferior power supply corporation has much information of its power supply area.So provincial grid corporations request the inferiors to predict the network load.Taking full use of their results can improve short-term load predicting accuracy of provincial gird.A new short-term load predicting algorithm based on results of inferior corporations is proposed in this paper and inconsistency of statistics caliber is resolved.Example analysis of actual provincial grid shows the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. |
