| 摘 要： | 法学方法与法律方法是法学研究与法律实践中两种重要的方法,通过两者方法对法律条文及现实生活的权利义务关系进行解释,研究,进而法学研究能够前行,法律发展也符合社会生活的不断变化.本文即是通过法律与伦理、道德因素之间的关系及法律如何在变化的现实生活中实现正义的角度对两种方法进行理解与探讨.

| Abstract: | Legal and Jurisprudence Methodologies are the two important methods in law research and law practice.Through the two methods,the relation between law articles and right and obligation in real life is elaborated and studied so that the study of law continues and the law development accords with the changes of social life.This paper discusses the two methods through discussing the relation between law and ethic and moral and from the perspective of how the law realizes the justice in changing life. |
