| 摘 要： | 回顾了国内外跨国公司国际化程度与绩效关系的最新研究进展,总结了线性关系、倒J型关系、U型关系、倒U型关系、S型关系等五种关系模型,分析了国际化程度和绩效关系的影响因素,并对国内外的研究进展进行比较和评述。
