| 摘 要： | 学校教育要培养合格、具有综合素质的复合型人才，首先就要注重养成教育。养成教育是教育体系的重要组成部分，它在素质教育中具有重要作用。作为班级管理工作的领导者、组织者和实施者的班主任要用“心”——爱心、责任心、耐心、细心、公平心、宽容心等，使学生养成良好的习惯。

| Abstract: | Education at schools is to give training to the students so that they become qualified people with comprehensive qualities. Fostering education is an important part of the system of education. It plays an important part in the quality-oriented education. As leader,organizer and executer of management of a class,the tutor should try from his heart to foster students' good habits-doing the work with love,responsibility,patience,carefulness,impartiality,and tolerance. |
