| 摘 要： | 南通地区农民集中居住是加快实现土地、产业、人口“三大集中”的重要组成部分,是加强土地规划和利用、加快农业产业结构调整、全面建设新农村的重要问题。从土地流转、社会保障、工业反哺农业、农村服务业、劳动力素质等方面提出了加快农民集中居住的建议。

| Abstract: | Centralized residence would help realize the centralization of land,industry and population.This would do good to the planning and use of land in city and rural area,and promote the adjustment of agricultural structure.In the light of the current problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestion in the respects of land transfer,social security,industry supporting agriculture and labor quality. |
