新课程下数学教师的知识结构要求及优化策略

摘    要:分析了新课程对高中数学教师知识结构的要求:精深的本体性知识、宽厚的条件性知识、丰富的实践性知识、广博的文化知识。由此提出了优化教师知识结构的途径。

Abstract:This paper concentrates on the analysis of the middle school new course requirements involving intensive material knowledge, extensive conditional knowledge, various practical knowledge and abundant culture knowledge. Based on these requirements it presents the ways to optimize teachers knowledge structure.
