| 摘 要： | 标准曲线绘制是临床生物化学检验工作中进行物质定量检测的基本要求。绘制标准曲线的方法很多,本文介绍了采用平均K值法绘制标准曲线的方法,并同其它方法比较。提示本方法具有灵敏准确、快速简便的特点。

| Abstract: | Standard curve plot is the basic requirement of quantitative testing in the work of bio-chemistry tests.There are various methods for plotting standard curves.This paper presents a K-average method for standard curve-plotting.This method has been proved to be sensitive,fast,simple and accurate,and can be a good foundation for accurate quantitative tests. |
