高校政治教师马克思主义信仰的问题、原因与对策

受世界社会主义运动、共产主义运动低潮,民主社会主义、历史虚无主义等错误社会思潮,以及社会主义市场经济商潮等多元复杂因素的干扰和影响,少数高校思想政治理论课教师关于马克思主义信仰存在不容忽视的"信仰危机"问题。因此,积极培育并有效引导高校思想政治理论课教师坚定马克思主义信仰具有重大意义。有效思路和方法是:首先,钻研马克思主义经典著作,在思想源头上树立正确的马克思主义观;其次,吃透高校思想政治理论课教材,在教学实际中宣讲马克思主义的历史、理论和实践;最后,捍卫马克思主义的声誉,在日常生活中运用马克思主义的立场、观点和方法。

Problems, Causes and Countermeasures of Ideological and Political Theory Courses' Teachers' Faith in Marxism

Under the influence of world socialist and communist movement in low period,democratic socialism,historical nihilism and socialist market economy business wave,a few teachers of ideological and political theory courses have belief crisis.Therefore,the effective ways of cultivating and guiding the ideological and political theory courses' teachers to firmly believe in Marxism are:(1)Studying Marxist classic works,to establish a correct Marxism view from the ideological source;(2)Understanding the ideological and political theory courses,to preach in the history,theory and practice of Marxism in the actual teaching situation;(3)Defending the reputation of Marxism,to use the Marxist stand,viewpoint and method in daily life.
