微机量热仪的点火控制方式对发热量测值的影响

摘    要:国产微机量热仪不同的点火方式对煤的发热量测值有着显著影响.通过与国标方法对比分析,总结得出搅拌5min再点火是较合理的点火方式,从而解决了国产微机量热仪测值偏高的问题,为煤炭以质计价提供了公正可靠的计量方法.

Abstract:Different fire lighting ways of microcalorimeters made in our country have marked effect on the value of heat that coal sends out.Compared with the standard way,it is a better way to light the coal sfter it has been stirred for 5min. It is a more reasonable way. Thus,we settled the problem that the heat value we survey with a calorimeter made in China is often larger.Therefore we can offer you a reasonable and dependable method of determining a coal price according to its quality.
