| 摘 要： | 国有企业效率不高是当前我国国有企业改革所面临的最严重问题。本文试图在全面剖析效率理论的基础上，运用X-效率理论的基本逻辑，对国有企业的效率“悖论”给出另一种解释，并针对我国国有企业改革的现状与存在问题，提出一种启发性的改革思路。

Based on the whole analysis of efficiency theory, this article tries to put forward several helpful suggestions aiming at the problem and gives a different explanation of the efficiency paradox of state-owned enterprises by way of X-efficiency theory. |
