| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析轿车的运行效率，提出轿车社会化是造成全球道路普遍堵塞的根源，而铺筑道路和市场规则并不能根本上改变堵塞发生。减少和限制轿车的使用量才是减轻堵塞的有效途径。

An Analysis of the Social Effects Imposed by Car Traffic |

| Abstract: | By analyzing the efficiency of car traffic, this paper indicates that the socialization of car is the major cause for the occurrence of worldwide traffic congestion and the construction of road has litter effecting to alleviate it. Therefore the only way to ameliorate the it is reducing and limiting the use of cars. |
