戴高乐抗美独立的外交实践

1958年戴高乐创建了法兰西第五共和国。他调整了第四共和国时期法国历届政府在外交上追随美国的作法，奉行抗美独立的外交政策：反对美国控制西欧，注重西欧联合；反对美国反法国变成北约在欧洲的工具，谋求军事上的自主权；反对美国在西主的核垄断，发展独立核立量；反对美国的冷战政策，推行普遍的缓和政策。其结果是大大增强了法国的独立性，动摇了美国在西方的霸主地位。
