| 摘 要： | 本文通过所获取的数据对我国遭受反倾销调查的案件数目、所涉行业及带来的损失进行了简要的阐述 ,并指出了我国近年来频繁遭受反倾销调查的原因。再通过列举实际案例说明了不应诉的后果及不良影响和针对反倾销积极应诉的结果 ,从而明确了加强反倾销应诉工作已是势在必行。同时 ,本文还从政府、企业和行业协会三方如何加强反倾销应诉工作提出了一些建议

| Abstract: | The article explains current condition of China's suffering anti dumping, and points out the reasons of it. Then it gives some opinions on the necessities of fighting against the charge by comparing the result of counteraction and non counteraction to anti dumping, and puts forward suggestions on how to counteract it. |
