| 摘 要： | 本文对国内外相关标准组织以及行业组织在数字图书馆标准规范方面的最新研究进展进行了深入和全面的调研,高度概括和提炼了国内外数字图书馆在标准规范方面的应用情况,总结出国内外数字图书馆标准规范建设思路与特点,并提出今后数字图书馆标准规范核心建设内容,对今后的数字图书馆建设提供一些借鉴。Abstract：This paper carries out a deep and thorough investigation into the latest progress in research on digital library standards by concerned standard organizations and industrial organizations both at home and abroad,highly generalizes and abstracts the application status of digital library standards at home and abroad,and summarizes the paths and characteristics of establishing the digital library standards at home and abroad.Finally,the paper proposes the core content of the establishment of digital library standards in the future.
