| Abstract: | Collective efficacy is defined as a group's shared belief in its conjoint capabilities to organize and execute the courses of action required to produce given levels of attainments.Collective efficacy performs an important function to group competition. It plays an important role for the team member, and it has a great meaning to cultivate and foster the collctive efficacy for the success of the athletics team. |
