| Abstract: | This paper is about how the Chinese Court deals with the enforcement of WTO agreement in concrete cases. In practice, the enforcement of WTO Agreements in China is indirect. Ifthe court cannot directly apply the WTO Agreements, the court has to find out which national rules are applicable.China has made a great effort for the corresponding modification or augment of national lawmaking to adopt the WTO Agreements. Also conclude the national laws what are made to adopt WTO Agreements and the judicial expression by the Supreme Court. |
