中职专任教师职业稳定的影响因素研究

摘    要:加强中职学校师资队伍的建设中,专任教师的稳定性是一个值得关注的问题.基于大连中等职业学校专任教师的实证调查数据,构建了影响职业稳定的logistic模型.研究发现,职业兴趣、工作成就感、学校对教师进修培训的支持力度、预期收入差距、职业教育事业的认同程度对专任教师的职业稳定具有显著影响.
