| 摘 要： | 非营利组织的价值观念是学者很少关注的问题。非营利组织的价值观念既具有普遍性又具有特殊性,它是建立在多因素的基础之上的。而当前非营利组织价值观念的传递机制存在问题,应注重非营利组织的工作者、志愿者和社会公众之间的价值理念的传递与价值的共识。

| Abstract: | The non-profit organizations＇ value is rarely concerned by academics, while it is universal as well as specific, and built on the basis of multiple factors. However, the current transmission mechanism of Chinese non-profit organizations’value still existing some problems, this paper suggested that people should focus on the value transmission and value consensus between NPO＇s workers, volunteers and the civilians. |
