| 摘 要： | 在学理上,传统学者认为“道义论”和“功利论”相互对立,这是西方近代以来伦理学思想的两条主线。然而,“道义论”和“功利论”是一个问题的两个层面,它们统一于人的价值,二者的统一是社会和谐的主导因素。
