| 摘 要： | 大型企业由于规模大、业务复杂等特点带来了其ERP实施项目难度大、费用高、实施周期长等问题．如何从项目组织策略方面来降低实施费用、提高项目成功率给企业带来了很大的挑战．论文从ERP项目组织构建的策略方面对大型企业ERP实施项目团队的构成进行了论述．并给出了可参考的组织结构模型。
