| 摘 要： | 全国高校图书馆建造了大量的新大楼,面对市场经济社会,如何有效地管理好图书馆物业,这是近几年来新建图书馆大楼都在探索和实践的课题。本文论述了图书馆物业管理的定义和内涵,并对高校图书馆物业管理走出原有行政管理的思路,向物业管理转轨进行了探索和思考。

| Abstract: | Lots of university and college libraries have been built up. In face of the society of market economy, how to effectively manage the properties of these newly-bttilt library buildings is a major task that is being explored and practiced. This article discusses the definition and contents of the estate management of library and investigates how to shift the focus of library management from the previous administration to estate management. |
