强化青岛半岛城市群龙头作用研究

我国成功加入WTO后，与世界经济发展对接步伐明显加快，在发展竞争的过程中，“长三角”、“珠三角”走在了全国经济发展前列。为使山东省由“经济大省”尽快迈向“经济强省”，山东省委提出率先发展半岛城市群经济、带动全省经济发展的战略。面对新的发展机遇，本文从青岛的发展现状、优势和差距以及如何发挥龙头作用，掀起新一轮经济发展高潮入手，拟定了青岛作为龙头城市的发展目标和实现经济总量大发展、经济结构大升级、制造业水平大提高、经济国际化程度大变化、城市基础设施大改善、人才环境和创业环境大转变的发展思路。

Research on Strengthening the Leading Function of Qingdao in the Peninsula City Group

After our country's entry into WTO, the economic development becomes faster and faster. In the course of the competition, the Delta of Changjiang River and the Delta of Zhujiang River take the leading position in our economic development. Shandong Provincial Party Committee advances the strategies of promotion the economic development in Shandong Province by developing economy initially in the Peninsula City Group to develop "the Large Province in Economy" into "the Strong Province in Economy". The essay begins with Qingdao's developing status, advantages, gaps and the methods of playing the leading role and works out the developing target and puts forward the strategies of developing the economy, heightening the economic structure, raising the standard of manufacturing industry, promoting the development of internationalization, bettering the basic equipments of the city and changing the environment of talents and undertaking.
