| 摘 要： | 研发作为国家和企业创新最关键和最重要的组成部分,推动着国家经济的发展和生产力的提高.作为中国通信制造业的组成部分,三资企业正发挥着越来越重要的工作.通过建立三资企业研发投入产出模型,分析研发产出的影响因素,在分析的基础上提出改善影响因素的合理化建议,为中国通信制造业整体的研发国际化提供理论建议和实践指导.
