| 摘 要： | 职业指导工作在职业技术学校已普遍展开，对职业技术教育起着积极的推动作用，但职业指导工作亦存在许多不足。基于此，笔者提出一些解决问题的措施，希望能对做好职业指导工作有一定的帮助和促进作用。
