摘    要:对本科层次小学数学教师的培养目标、方法进行探讨,通过调查、研究,分析提出对本科层次小学数学教师的培养应坚持“综合培养,学有专长”的方针,指出“综合培养”和“专长发展”都有一个“度”的要求和限制,提出学科课应占四年总课时的三分之一,而不应太少的观点。

Abstract:This paper discusses the objectives and effective ways of educating undergraduates majored in mathematics education . Based on our research and analysis, we argue that the students should be comprehensively cultivated and be required to acquire enough specialized knowledge of mathematics. It is emphasized that the two aspects should be in proportion, with courses of mathematics covering no less than 1/3 of the curriculum.
