保障合作学习有效实施的学校情境设计

摘    要:用情境分析法来研究合作学习,正在引起国内外学者的关注。以往这些研究更多地是涉及合作学习的课堂情境。如果从较为宏观的角度分析,造成合作学习失效的一个很重要方面是得不到整个学校情境的支持,而不仅仅是个别教师的抵触,抑或仅是教师教学范畴的问题。因此,保障合作学习有效实施的学校情境设计可以从学校文化内涵、学校组织系统和学校学习团队等三方面展开。

Abstract:Cooperative learning research, which used to focus on classroom contexts, increasingly concerns cooperative learning in the perspective of situations. The author holds that, globally, frustrating cooperative study arises not merely from individual teachers' boycott or inappropriate teaching categories, but essentially from the lack of supporting campus situations. Therefore, the author supposes that campus situation be well-designed in the aspects of cultural connotations, organizing units and study groups to ensure efficient cooperative learning.
