教师专业化与教师形象的重塑

摘    要:教师职业正逐步发展成为一门专业。教师形象研究应改变传统路向,在专业化进程中实现社会价值与自身价值的均衡和同构,以确立教师专业形象。为此应建立教师职业专业化的外部保障体系。推进教师教育专业化,加强社会形象与自我形象的整合。

Abstract:Teacher as a profession is gradually becoming a specialization. Therefore, the teachers' image study should change its traditional way, and establish teachers' professional image by realizing its balanced development of social and individual value in the process of its specialization. It is urgent to promote teachers' specialization in education by creating the external protection system so as to enhance the integration of social and individual images.
