| 摘 要： | 解析行政管理学科的实践性特征，是避免行政管理学科研究、教学管理及教学过程走入误区的基本前提。章认为，行政管理学科的实践性特征，主要体现为学科研究中的双向性，教学管理中的广泛性、时事性、时代性、依附性与教学过程中的指导性、角色性、人民性、评价性、机制性。
