| 摘 要： | 近年来，国外技术壁垒已演变成制约我国对外贸易发展的一大桎梏。如何及时地、积极主动地应对技术壁垒是摆在我们面前迫切需要解决的问题。对技术壁垒信息进行有效的管理，在及时收集国外技术壁垒信息、正确分析和顺畅传递的基础上建立一个反应迅速、灵活高效的技术壁垒应对系统是解决问题的最关键的一步。
