| 摘 要： | 根据血清蛋白醋酸纤维薄膜电泳的实验原理,结合实验操作的各个环节,分析了学生在实验过程中容易出现的问题及原因,从样品、滤纸桥、点样、电泳、染色与透明等操作环节提出了相应的改进措施,并就这六个环节展开了讨论.

| Abstract: | According to the principle of aceto-cellulose-thin layer-electrophoresis of seroalbumin,combining with each operation link,the paper analyzes the problems and causes during experimental process and lodges relevant measures from operating links of sample,filter paper,spot sample,electrophoresis,dyeing and clarity,moreover,a discussion about these six links is camied out. |
