| 摘 要： | 护理教育的目标是培养既具有专业护理知识,又具有人文关怀和照顾他人的品质和能力的高素质人才。要实现这一目标,培养和提高学生沟通能力是重要一环。结合护理教学中的体会,对护理专业教学中沟通能力的培养方法做了一些探讨。

| Abstract: | The aim of the nursing education is not only to have the knowledge of nursing,but also the quality and ability to care for others.To realize the goal,it is important to train and improve the communicating ability.The author analyzes all kinds of teaching methods of enhancing the communication ability with the experience in nursing teaching. |
