| 摘 要： | 从1938年2月18日至1943年8月23日,日军空袭重庆长达5年之久,给我国军民造成了巨大的人员伤亡和财产损失。国民政府本着“于事前预防减少灾害,更须于当时努力抢救,而灾后之抚慰、医护、收容、安置尤属重要”的思想,对重庆难民进行了积极的救济,取得了较好的效果,为抗战的持久和胜利打下了坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | From February18,1938 to August 23,1943,Japanese air-force bombed Chongqing for five consecutive years,causing huge loss of life and property.Guomingdang government did a lot of work in reducing the disaster,saving the wounded and providing shelter for the homeless.Their work was impressive and contributory to the final victory of the anti-Japanese war. |
