中西方女权运动的萌芽与发展比较

中西方女权运动的发展历史告诉我们,并非西方的女权运动启蒙了中国的女权主义。女权运动从启蒙到兴起的最初阶段,中西方女权运动有如井水跟河水,各自为阵,各自发展,并各有收获。随着留洋学子对西方文明的了解和推介,到了19世纪中叶以后,尤其19世纪末20世纪初以来,西方的女权运动才开始影响中国。西方女权运动历时比中国长,其理论研究和理论指导也明显多于我国。但由于不同的历史和社会现实,中西方的女权运动又各有特色、各有千秋。

Origin and Development of Feminist Movement in Western Countries and China

Women＇s Movement in the Western countries plays a worldwide important role to other countries＇ counterparts,including China＇s.Through an analysis of the developments of China＇s and Western Women＇s Movements,the author discovers that,unlike what the scholars and experts thought,Women＇s Movement of the West is not the inspiration for China＇s feminist consciousnesses.On the contrary,Western Women＇s Movement developed side by side with China＇s in their early stages with no interaction at all but both benefited from their own accomplish,respectively.With the advancement of overseas Chinese＇s understanding,introduction and recommendation of it,Women＇s movement in the West commenced its influence on China＇s from the 1850s,and,in particular,the 1890s or the 1900s approximately.Another discovery of the author is that Western Women＇s Movement has a longer history than that of China＇s.There are more theoretical approaches and guidance in the West than those in China.
