| Abstract: | Using the theoretical analysis and the relevant sports psychological theory,this paper briefly analyzes the reason why the psychological barrier occurs to the athletes during the sport competition,and puts forward the psychological training methods to overcome such psychological barrier so as to improve the athletes' competitive competence. |
