摘    要:360度绩效考评广泛应用于西方企业人力资源管理工作中。这种考评工具虽被我国部分企业应用,但效果好坏不一。在对360度绩效考评概述基础上,通过分析360绩效考评在我国企业实施中存在的常见问题,并基于企业实际提出了相应改进的对策。
