| 摘 要： | 大专院校艺术设计类专业的人才培养模式已不适应全球化背景下设计领域人才培养要求。学生创意能力的培养应着眼于全面提升学生的文化素养,构建多元文化思维。通过巧妙灵活的＂文化嵌入＂培养方式改造现行的课程、教学手段和校园文化环境能有效地提升学生的创意能力。
