论未成年人新闻报道的法律规制

News reports about juveniles should firstly consider their rights and interests.Considering their physical and psychological characters,there should be laws and regulations for the sake of their interest. The awareness of protecting the juveniles should be aroused in the society. Their personal dignity should be respected. Laws and regulation should be improved with more details and feasibility. The right and function of supervision system should be clearer. The responsibility of news media and workers for inappropriate reports should be clarified.
