| 摘 要： | 社会主义市场经济是一种崭新的经济体制，它既具有一般市场经济的运行样式和道德倾向，又具有自己独特的内容和个性。因此，社会主义市场经济的道德理性精神不仅包括一般市场经济的道德原则，而且蕴含着社会主义的价值承诺和道德理想，这既是社会主义市场经济的应有之义，也是社会主义市场经济发展的现实要求。
