富农划分标准述评

制定划分富农标准的过程是中共对中国革命认知能力发展的过程。土地革命的中前期,中共没有一个统一的富农划分标准,各革命根据地根据自己的实践经验,各自作出解释,不仅标准五花八门,更存在不当和错误;随着实践经验的累积和中共大批领导人的努力,毛泽东在领导中央苏区查田运动的过程中,制定并颁布了比较科学的富农标准,为以后制定正确的农村阶级政策奠定了基础;解放战争时期,在任弼时等领导人的努力下,中共的富农标准得到了进一步的完善。富农标准的确定,是制定正确的农村阶级政策的前提,也是中共事业兴旺的保障。

Study of the CPC Standards of Rich Peasant

The process of making the standards of rich peasant was the process for the CPC to develop the ability and knowledge for China's revolution. In the first and the middle part of the Agrarian Revolution,the CPC had not united standard for rich peasant,so that,every part of revolution land had it's own explanation of the standard of rich peasant,and it caused mistakes.With the effort of many CPC'S leaders,Mao Zhedong had made a scientific standard for rich peasant,it was the basic policy for later years.In the period of Liberating War,under the leading of Ren Bishu and other leaders,the standard for rich peasant of CPC had improved to protect CPC to succeed in both countryside and the country.
