基于西门子S7-200PLC的电除尘器低压控制系统的开发

摘    要:针对粉尘污染净化治理中对电除尘器的实际需求,以西门子S7-200PLC为核心,设计电除尘低压控制系统,并进行了软件编程和硬件实现.给出了低压系统中的振打控制方法和时序以及加热、卸灰控制的方法.实验证明该系统合理有效.

Abstract:Based on the real requirement of Electrostatic Precipitators(ESP) in the purifying process of powder dust pollution,SIEMENS S7-200 PLC was adopted as the heart part to design the low-voltage controller system of ESP.Furthermore,a software programming and hardware practice were made.Programs and approaches that were used to control the shake and hit,to control the heater and to unload the dust in the low-voltage system were given out.Experiments proved that the system was rational and effective.
